It has been awhile, D.O.G.S has been busy working out the final, final draft of our IRS application-it's 30 page application that we have been editing and re-editing to hopefully ensure we are approved. Each submission is $400 and time-4-8 months to be exact for the waiting period. I have been under the weather lately and unfortunately have not had the time to work on it as much as I would like to and still learning how to find the perfect balance between multiple jobs, volunteering, family and an attempt at a social life. Being able to work with D.O.G.S makes me so happy and grateful I have this opportunity, to work towards the betterment of animals and society.
We are excited to share that we received generous donations of dog food and may continue to receive more donations of dog food, thanks to our board member connections with great volunteers that thought of us to donate to! Thank you to PPR and to Target, we are so appreciative and thankful for your generosity. We know the animals in need will appreciate it so much too!
