Running Out of Gas?

Running out of gas?  We can help!  Dogs Of A Good Society is starting  'giveaways' for organizations who assist animals in need.  Does your organization/agency/rescue/shelter help animals and lend them a voice?  Well we would love to help out however we can.  This is an effort to collaborate with other organizations, spread the word about D.O.G.S. and to just lend a hand to those who share our vision-'to assist animals in need'  In August we will be giving away a $25 gas card for transportation assistance. We will announce the winner at the end of the month!  Stay tuned for more to come!

Hello everyone! :)

It's done and weight off the shoulders, now all we can do is WAIT! :(  

We finally sent our 501c3 application to the IRS today.  After approximately 8 months of working on/off of all that is needed for the application: articles of incorporation, by laws, conflict policy, forming a board, applications with the state, etc.  We finally got to HERE.  The application was revised numerous times.  Our fingers will be crossed for the next few months (while we wait for an approval or denial).  Wish us luck!

I've been a happier girl since it was mailed.  Can't wipe this smile off my face! :)

Whether we get approved or denied, it has been a wonderful learning experience and I am grateful to have shared it with amazing people who helped make it happen!  To the board members, family, friends, supporters and my mentor for all their support!!!  Now we wait, we'll keep you posted!  Thank you!!!

Until then we are keeping busy with D.O.G.S. mission-TO ASSIST ANIMALS IN NEED  :)

Paws On Grand!

Hi everyone! :)

Dogs Of A Good Society held our board meeting at Bread & Chocolate on Grand Ave in St. Paul last Sunday and attended Paws On Grand with our fur babies!

We had the opportunity to meet lots of friends and visit rescues and organizations that support animals.  It was a great day adventure, check it out!
