D.O.G.S has been moving along...D.O.G.S would like to reach out to those who may be interested in fostering. This is one need from organizations that D.O.G.S is recognizing a high demand for. Fostering an animal may be temporary, but the impact is permanent and greatly appreciated by humans and animals alike!
